Attention Residents,
Certified Raingutters has scheduled the cleaning of the gutters
and downspouts at Capitola Knolls on Wednesday – Friday,
November 18th to 20th and Monday & Tuesday, November 23rd and
24th, weather permitting.
Prior to the cleaning we recommend you close your windows,
remove or cover furniture, plants or other personal items in
your patios and on balconies. While they are working, debris
will fall on the grounds, walkways, patios, driveways,
balconies, decks and other outdoor areas. They will pick up the
debris in areas that are accessible to them.
We will appreciate your cooperation during this annual
maintenance.
